The Brushless motor in the DHS680Z 18V Brushless Circular Saw Body is highly efficient, resulting in Multiple benefits when compared to brushed motors. Thanks to its lack of brushes, no Battery Power is used for heat and friction, thus increasing Battery life and energy output. This allows the tool to reach greater capacity, enabling it to Work longer, Faster, and even with tougher materials.
The Brushless motor has no moving or touching components, meaning nothing will be worn down or damaged over time. This boosts your motor's durability and longevity.
Powerful 680w produces a Max 5000rpm no load speed, the 165mm diameter blade producing a Max cut at 90ø of 57mm, Max cut at 45ø of 41mm and a Max cut at 50ø of 37mm.
This Saw includes 'Automatic Speed Control'. A computer chip inside the Saw evaluates the cutting task to determine the most efficient speed. The Saw can then adjust its speed to deliver optimal performance, conserving Power and extending the life of the blade and Battery.
Another handy new feature is the Battery state indicator which uses 3 LED Lights to illuminate the amount of Battery charge you have left so you'll never be caught without Power just when you need it.
This Saw features a Brushless motor which optimizes the Battery Power usage while decreasing the amount of heat produced, translating to increased efficiency and reduced maintenance requirements.
