The Makita DTM51Z 18V LXT Multi Tool is an improved version of the BTM50 model, featuring a tool-less accessory change system with a lever style clamp, allowing for a quick, efficient and effortless change.
It features an ergonomic barrel-grip design, making it comforTable to use all day. Additional features include soft start, anti-restart, variable speed control, dust extraction Attachment, thumb on/off switch, and a Battery capacity warning lamp.
The lamp blinks red when the Power is nearly used and goes solid red when it is used up, and the Battery protector will shut off the Power when this happens.
Lastly, it is compatible with other branded accessories and these can be installed in 30ø increments, across 360ø for increased Working potential.
